Replacement / Refund Terms

By purchasing an account from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Accounts with Karma

Organic growth

All accounts have grown entirely organically — without upvotes, bots, or automation. We guarantee no upvote-manipulation bans prior to your purchase.

Shadowban guarantee

Each account's profile is verified live and publicly visible at the time of sale — a shadowbanned profile is hidden from everyone, so a visible profile cannot be shadowbanned. The check is frozen in a proof link provided with your delivery.

48-hour warranty

Accounts include a 48-hour warranty. If any issue arises within this window, contact us for a replacement.Issues reported after 48 hours are not covered.

2. What voids the warranty

The warranty covers accounts that arrived broken. It does not cover accounts that were burned. These four burn them, and each one on its own ends the warranty:

  1. 1. Web browser or anti-detect browser

    Multilogin, Dolphin, GoLogin, AdsPower, plain Chrome - any of them. Reddit sees the browser fingerprint on login and trust drops before you do anything else. Real phone or virtual phone only (Geelark, Duoplus).

  2. 2. Wrong proxy

    Non-mobile proxies, or a proxy from a different country than the one in your txt file.

  3. 3. Votes during the warm-up

    Upvotes or downvotes while the account is warming up (the first 7 days). Reddit is more sensitive to voting than to anything else, and on a fresh account a vote can be the tipping point. After the warm-up we still do not recommend voting.

  4. 4. Warm-up skipped or spam comments

    Comments on day 1, comments less than 5 minutes apart, or comment text any bot could write (“very sexy”, “nice body”, emoji only). The warm-up guide shows what a comment looks like.

How we check

Before a replacement we check device, login location and votes ourselves, and read the public comment archive (every comment with its exact time, deleted ones included). If the record shows one of the four, there is no replacement.

Replacement policy

We replace accounts that arrive shadowbanned or with a verified issue inside the 48-hour window, when none of the four above applies.

Note

We do not replace or refund accounts affected by Reddit-wide enforcement actions or “shadowban waves.” Our services operate outside Reddit’s official Terms of Service — by purchasing, you accept all associated platform risks and understand that account losses may occur as a result of Reddit’s actions.
